This has been one of my busiest weeks of the year. Our company's holiday party is coming up this Friday and we are feeding 1,200 people! As I get close to my employees, many who are foreign, older women, I realize that an arduous path for a hopeful heart is an adventure. As I look at their marked faces and their callused hands, my heart sings that I can, somehow, be part of their lives.
I had the opportunity to play with my new watercolors a little bit and what amazing colors they are.
Today, I am counting my blessings. I am looking at the little things and I smile.

beautiful watercolor and gorgeous pen! long live the hand written letter!
Ana, tão poético este seu post. Adorei!
