Just a few days ago, my hubby and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary. We have been together for 6, but 3 years ago, I decided to make my love for him "public."
I never dreamed of getting married. Never dreamed of a wedding. When I played "house", I was generally a single professional woman living in the city :)
When I look at some of these life events, I realize what really matters in life can't be bought. Family, love, friends... the most priceless possessions in one's life. All without a monetary value.
So I am thankful for that, but I am also thankful for knowing "what is essential is invisible to the eye". Le Petit Prince (1943)
