bonjour, paresse

I have been a very bad blog friend...and artist. I have to confess that in between the new job, trying to incorporate exercise into my life (next step is PX90 challenge!!) and a very obnoxious shoulder pain, that might be a pinched nerve, I have been very lazy in posting and visiting my fellow bloggers.

I was trying to maintain a somewhat normal routine, but I have been so tired with all the new excitment that I have been exhausted...

I promise to amend my ways soon!

These are so beautiful and never ever apologize for needing the time

Ana, no worries - real life is very demanding. It's a pleasure to see your art work...your presence is very strong there and there are no words needed! I hope your shoulder feels better soon - have a wonderful weekend. :)

The colors in this are glorious, as is the texture. Life can make you crazy, can't it? When I was ill, it was easier to post than to visit. It'll work out. Take care!

Take it easy. Some bloggers burn out and disappear because they haven't been able to allow themselves a rest! We'll still be here when you feel better! :)

No problem Ana. You get settled first, and remember to take rest only then the artist in you will turn happy:)
Take Care

I think we're all experiencing something similar, though we would describe different symptoms - maybe its the shift from winter to spring. Keep moving forward. The job will soon start to sync and you will find renewed energy to pursue your other goals.

No apologies needed, Ana. Enjoy! And I do hope you feel better soon. And, gorgeous art over here. :-)

Ana, I'm not sure why it is but for some reason (maybe the timid introvert within) tends to make us apologize for simply being human.

Life happens, things crop up that divert our attention and some things are just more important that others . . . such as one's health, family and job. :)

Take care of yourself and blog when your heart feels like that is what it truly wishes to do. ;)

such a gift to stumble upon your blog. Beautiful art. May I also add the advice of self care?

oh, how beautiful! Happy Blogoversary!!! and same - we must remember to take care of ourselve...sometimes we spread ourselves so thin with everything we need to do.
PS > checking here to see if you emailed me? or if it was my troll pretending to be someone else (as is just another of her tiresome traits) Let me know please and I'll let you into my now private blog - thanks~

(and I'm figuring it out but may have to comment from my google account as sometimes comments don't accept my wordpress identity - must make that a priority today to figure that out.
peace

Just found this post, Ana! You have not been "bad!" You've just been coping with life. Your butterflies are beautiful. I like the way the colors bleed together. I hope that you are feeling no pain now. That has to be frustrating for an artist! Take care!
