How wonderful that you live near water, I use to near a river in a very very quiet house, until the owner after swearing and promising to me that as long as I paid cash I could stay there until I died, I loved it so much, oh the river, my river....then a few months ago after living there 14 years, he sold it, and now I can only afford an apt, and I'm using all my strenght to get by
