It's been an overly busy week, but it's been a week filled with pleasant surprises.
I was going to hold on the news for a little bit, but I just can't! You have been such great supporters and friends, that I feel it is not right to hold this information from you. An Art Director for a magazine wants to use one of my paintings for a story they are printing. Isn't it amazing?!
He found my painting on Flickr and said he and his team really loved the painting. I was so thrilled.
I will hold on some information until things are finalized, but I am so very happy.
Like a phoenix, I feel like I am rebirthing from the ashes of a very tumultuous past couple of years. I feel I can dream and desire. For many years, I attempted not to do that in order to avoid pain... in the interim, I was also avoiding life.
To be is the only choice to live a true, fearless existence. Embrace life.
