I started playing with watercolors and Twinklings H2Os. As with everything else, I get fairly bored with mediums and activities as soon as I feel "I know enough." Enough for me, I mean.
So after playing with acrylic paint for the past couple of months, I am now playing with my watercolors and new found medium Twinklings H2O. I am having a lot of fun with it. Watercolor is a medium that seems to be easy at first, but it really isn't. I am studying a lot about brush stroke techniques and colors.
My sketch book is happy :-)

Sorry it's taken me a while to get back and say thanks for your visit and comment on my blog.
I know what you mean about water colours, have you tried water dyes? They are similar, in a pallet, you dilute them to whatever you need, they work a bit like water colours but I think are easier to use.
Love your pooches, I have two of my own and as you say being slightly introvert myself I sometimes prefer their company only!
